Graduation Dinner 2018
The 2018 Graduation Dinner was held on the July 31 for the “flowers of TUF” (2017-2018 TUF Mentors). Before the dinner, the graduated TUF Mentors, Ida, Tim, Jason, Jessica presented their experiences and key takeaways from the journey of being a TUF Mentor at TUF to the broad of directors. Everyone had mixed emotions, happy and impressed by the growth of the mentors, at the same time, had tears after their sharing. The mentors were grateful for the opportunities that helped them develop inherent interests, realize their potential and firm values during this memorable 2-year journey.
The dinner ended with a prize presentation prepared by Year 1 PMs, gifting each graduate a flower that symbolized them, reminding them that they are all unique and they should continue to bloom. A special video for our executive director, Alice, who will be transiting to Advisory role, was also showcased giving her a vote of thanks for her immense contribution to TUF.
