Audit, Compliance & Finance Committee
Objectives
The role of the Audit, Compliance & Finance Committee (ACFC) is to provide advice and recommendation on governance in terms of the functional area of audit, compliance, and finance. It aims to provide oversight and guidance in the areas of financial management, risk management, internal controls, external audit and regulatory compliance.

Partnership & Development Committee
Objectives
The role of the Partnership & Development Committee (PDC) is to provide advice and recommendation on governance in terms of the functional area of fundraising, partnership, and external communications. It aims to provide support and guidance on fundraising, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Creating Shared Value (CSV) partnership, and communication function in the development and enactment of strategies to secure funding, facilitate donations, and enhance publicity of TUF.

Programmes & Communities Development Committee
Objectives
The role of the Programmes & Communities Development Committee (PCDC) is to provide advice and recommendation on governance in terms of the functional area of programmes and communities development. It aims to provide support and guidance on programme function in the development and enactment of strategies to better support the development of TUF programmes, namely TUF Leadership Development Program and TUF Mentoring and Education Support Program and also TUF communities, namely Mentorship Learning Community (MLC) and Partner School Community (PSC).
