24-Month Scholarship award and benefits
- Start with HKD17,500/month (in terms of a scholarship (HKD432,000) over 24 months)
- MPF, 15 days of annual leave and medical insurance
- Quarterly Staff Engagement Day
Eligibility
- Prospective or fresh graduate welcome
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Permanent resident of Hong Kong or have the permit to work in Hong Kong
Selection Criteria
- Share TUF mission and core values: Righteousness, Respect, Compassion, Modesty, Perseverance, Uniqueness
- Have proven leadership and/or community service record in youth or social services
- Have strong commitment to help others setting goals and achieving breakthroughs
- Always seek out learning opportunities and be open to new ideas and experience
- Have the tenacity to deal with pressure and adapts well to change
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have demonstrated a clear vision to develop your careers in Education or Youth Development
- High proficiency in English and Chinese

Selection Process for Shortlisted Candidates:
- 1st Round: Assessment Centre
- 2nd Round: 1-on-1 Interview
- 3rd Round: 1-on-1 Interview and Competency Assessment (Case Demonstration)
Offer Release & Pre-boarding by mid-July
